These Terms of Service govern the plumbing, repair, repiping, and remodeling services provided by Total Plumbing & Construction LLC (“Company”, “we”, or “us”) to property owners and managers (“Customer” or “you”) throughout Central Florida.

1. Estimates and Upfront Pricing

Total Plumbing & Construction provides upfront written estimates prior to commencing non-diagnostic repairs. Final project pricing is subject to visual inspection, structural accessibility, and verified pipe materials. Any additional work discovered during excavation or wall opening will be presented for approval in writing via change order before proceeding.

2. Licensing and Municipal Permits

All work is performed by or under the direct supervision of licensed Florida master tradesmen (FL Certified Plumbing Contractor #CFC1428520 / Certified Remodeling Contractor #CRC1331824). The Company pulls all required building, plumbing, and gas permits through the City of Orlando, Orange County, or applicable governing municipal jurisdictions.

3. Workmanship Warranty

We provide a 100% satisfaction and workmanship warranty on all labor performed. Manufacturer warranties on equipment (water heaters, fixtures, PEX piping) are passed directly to the property owner. Damage resulting from pre-existing structural issues, improper third-party modifications, or severe municipal utility surges is excluded.
